Section 18(d) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984
(d)in case of a firm, company or body corporate, society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1980 as extended to Arunachal Pradesh or a public trust registered under any law for the time being in force relating to registration of public trusts or a local authority, the application for membership is accompanied by a resolution authorising it to apply for such membership.
