Section 15(3) in The Punjab Suppression of Immoral Traffic in Women and Girls Rules, 1960
(3)Nothing in this rule shall debar any inmate from making a complaint or request to the Superintendent at other times than at the weekly parade, and it shall be the duty of every member of the staff to produce before the Superintendent without delay an inmate desiring to see him/her.
