41. Weekly Holidays Act, 1942, not to apply to establishment on commencement of this Act.
- On and from the date on which any of the provisions of this Act comes into operation in any area or in respect of a shop or establishment, the Weekly Holidays Act, 1942 (XVIII of 1942), shall cease to apply to such area or shop or establishment:Provided that anything done under the said enactment which could have been done under this Act if it had then been in force shall be deemed to have been done under this Act.
