(2)The Vice Chancellor, the Pro Vice Chancellor, the Financial Adviser, Governing Council, the Academic Council, the Directors, the Director of Research and Development, the Dean, the Registrar and such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, hereby constitute a body-corporate by the name of the " Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University".
