                         O R D E R

In this transfer petition, the prayer is to transfer O.P.No.1340/2019 on the files of the Family Court, Nedumangad to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. Service is complete. However, there is no appearance for the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4. It appears that the connected M.C.No.524/2019 and O.P.No.2581/2019 are pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. Since the connected matters are pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, it will be convenient to both sides if the above original petition is transferred to the Tr.P(C).No.735 OF 2019 3 Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. In the said circumstances, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition.

In the result, this transfer petition stands allowed, transferring O.P.No.1340/2019 on the files of the Family Court, Nedumangad to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, for the trial and disposal, in accordance with law. The case records shall be transmitted to the transferee court forthwith.

The petitioner shall appear before the transferee court on 07.01.2020, without further notice.
