63. Circulation and Inspection of Minutes.
- Minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Municipality shall be circulated to all the Councillors and shall, at all reasonable times, be available at the office of the Municipality for inspection by any councillor, free of cost, and by any other person on payment of such fee as the Municipality may determine.
