Section 18(1) in Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act, 1969
(1)The Controller of Examinations of a University shall be a whole-time officer of the University concerned and shall be appointed by the University Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constitute in accordance with the provisions of section 36(1) on such terms and conditions as the University Council may from time to time prescribe.
