At the very outset learned counsel for the appellants has very fairly stated that other FAO No. 2175 of 1998 that had arisen from the same award was dismissed vide judgment and order dated 31.8.2000.
Consequently, this appeal stands dismissed in the same terms as in FAO No. 2175-1998.
Since the main case has been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
