(4)Investments less than or equal to Rs. 5 crore's and not meeting any of the criteria specified in sub- section (3) may approach the Board and the Board shall refer such proposal to a sub-committee headed by a Vice-Chairperson and appointed by Board under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 5 for evaluation of investments of value less than or equal to Rs. 5 crore's.
