128. Officers of agriculture and rural development bank etc. not to bid on personal account at sales.
- At any sale of movable or immovable property held under the provisions of this chapter, no officer of the bank or the Co-operative society or sale officer or other person having any duty to perform in connection with such sale shall directly or indirectly bid for or acquire any interest in such property on his personal account.
