Section 49(1)(a) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(a)on an order made by the competent authority in respect of any juvenile or child directing him to be sent to an institution, the Officerin- charge shall deposit such juvenile's child's money together with the sale proceeds in the manner laid down from time to time in the name of the juvenile or the child;
