Section 7 in The Orissa Eyes (Authority for Use for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1985
7. Preservation of eyes removed from dead bodies.
- After the removal of the eyes from the body of the deceased person, the registered medical practitioner (ophthalmic) shall take such steps for the preservation of the eyes so removed as may be prescribed.
