Section 9 in Continuing Dental Education Regulations, 2018
9. Accreditation of National & International Speakers (Speakers Bank).
- 9.1 CDE will be conducted by accredited speakers duly approved/registered with Dental Council of India / State Dental Council to conduct CDE programmes.9.2Speakers (including the teaching faculty in the educational institutions) shall make an application to the DCI / State Dental Council furnishing their CV'S, Lecture details and the CD (of live lectures) alongwith Good Standing Certificate from the State Dental Councils to DCI / State Dental Council for the needful.9.3Accreditation of the speakers would be done by the Committee appointed by Dental Council of India / State Dental Council.9.4CDE points will be allotted only to programmes conducted by the DCI / State Dental Council accredited speakers.9.5Declaration of disclaimer for any commercial, industrial or promotional interest. The provisions of 8.15 of Revised Dentists (Code of Ethics) Regulations, 2014 may be referred to in the matter.
