2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires -(a)'Act' means the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994:(b)'Government' means the Government of Punjab in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayats:(c)'Section' means a section of the Act.
