Section 7(1) in The University Grants Commission (Regulation of Admission and Fees in Private Non-Aided Professional Institutions) Regulations, 1997
(1)(i)Fees or the scales of fees once prescribed under these regulations shall be valid for a period of three years.(ii)The fees when revised shall be applicable only to new entrants.
