JUSTICE ALOK SHARMA Judgment 08/09/2017 Under challenge is the order of refusal passed by the NRC in respect of petitioner's application for grant of recognition for its B.Ed. Course in the academic year 2017-18.
Admittedly the said order of refusal for grant of recognition by the NRC is appealable under the NCTE Act, 1993. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
It is, however, made clear that in the event the petitioner files an appeal under the NCTE Act, 1993, the period expanded in pursuing this petition be excluded for the purposes of computation of limitation of law a la Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
