Section 36(i) in Statutes of the National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh, 2017
(i)the tuition and other fees shall comprise two parts (a) tuition fees determined by the Council be common for all National Institutes of Technology; and (b) other fees which shall be determined by the Boards of Governors;
