Section 278(2)(v) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005

(v)A person aggrieved by any decision taken under sub-rule (3) may file an appeal before the Board within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order under that sub-rule and the decision of the Board thereon shall be final.
