Section 3(f) in Bihar Centenary Journalism Award Rules, 2012
(f)Photo journalism Award- Recognizing their important achievements, this award will be conferred to one of those photographers/videographers whose published/telecast photographs are related to the social, economic, educational development of the state and upliflment of women, minorities and deprived classes of Bihar. A sum of one lakh alongwith an Angwastram and a citation will be granted under this Award.
