Every order of a Collector passed under the first clause of section 55 shall be of the same force and effect as an order by the Judge under [section 194 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925,] determining summarily the right to possession and delivering possession accordingly;and no proceedings shall be taken by any Civil Court under the said Act in respect of any claim or dispute which has been determined by an order of the Collector as aforesaid.
