49. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member, officer or employee of the Authority and the Commissioner and officers and persons appointed Under section 3 to assist him for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, or any rules or regulations made thereunder.
