(1)A Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society and any other Cooperative Society shall decide the rate of interest on lendings and deposits as per directions of the Registrar:Provided that such direction shall be issued by the Registrar according to the guidelines of National Bank and Reserve Bank, if any.]
