9. Draft offer document to be made public.
(1)The draft offer document filed with the Board shall be made public, for comments, if any, for a period of at least twenty one days from the date of such filing, by hosting it on the websites of the Board, recognised stock exchanges where specified securities are proposed to be listed and merchant bankers associated with the issue.(2)The lead merchant bankers shaft after expiry of the period stipulated in sub-regulation (I), file with the Board a statement giving information of the comments received by them or the issuer on the draft offer document during that period and the consequential changes, if any, to be made in the draft offer document.
