28.03.2022 CM No.1989/2022 Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in an identical matter being RFA No.5/2022, this Court after putting the respondents to notice has granted interim relief. He seeks the same relief. His statement is taken on record.
Be that as it may, issue notice to the other side. Requisite steps to effect service upon the respondents be taken within two weeks.
List on 17.05.2022.
In the meantime, subject to depositing of compensation amount along with interest before the Registry of this Court within a period of eight weeks, the operation of impugned judgment/decree dated 18.12.2020 shall stay. The Registry shall keep amount so deposited by the applicant-appellant in the shape of an FDR initially for a period of six months.
