: - All staff of the Co-operative Society shall be the employees of the Co-operative Society and shall be fully accountable to the Co-operative Society and be appointed, removed and function in accordance with such service conditions as may be framed by the Board :Provided that a Co-operative Society may take personnel on deputation from other agencies including the Government, on such terms as are mutually agreed upon.
