(2)The consumers who are settled in rural areas, villages but get the water supply from rural water supply pipe in his/her Reinforced Concrete Cement, Semi-Reinforced Concrete Cement and Semi Permanent Type buildings upto kitchen, bathroom, wash basin, shall pay the water charge at half the approved rates fixed under the Act for Urban areas.Chapter - III Offences and Penalties
