Section 19(1) in The U.P. Employees' State Insurance Labour Medical Service Auditors Service Rules, 1997
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2) a probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of the period of probation or the extend period of probation if-(a)his work and conduct are reported to be satisfactory, and(b)his integrity is certified; and
