3. This is a joint petition filed by the parties under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for completion of arbitration proceedings and rendering of the award.
4. Taking into account that both sides are agreeable for extension of time, the petition is allowed by extending the time for completion of arbitration proceedings and rendering of the award by one year reckoned w.e.f. 28.08.2023, the date when the mandate of the learned arbitrator expired.
5. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
