(2)Powers and functions. - The persons appointed to assist the Inspector shall have the power of entry and discharge the functions under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Act besides assisting the Inspector in the discharge of-(a)functions under sub-section (3) of section 4;(b)functions under sub-section (3) of section 5;and(c)other incidental functions under the Act to be discharged in the process of enforcement of the provisions of the Act and these rules).
