- the officer charged with the execution of the warrant may, under the special order of the Chairman or Vice-Chairman, between sunrise and sunset, break open any outer or inner door or window of a house in order to make the attachment, if he has reasonable ground for believing that such house contains any movable property belonging to the defaulter, and if, after notification of his authority and purpose and demand of admittance duly made he cannot otherwise obtain admittance:Provided that he shall not enter or break open the door of any room appropriated for the zunana or residence of women, which by the usage of the country is considered private, without giving an opportunity and facilities for the retirement of the women.
