Section 304(1) in High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2005
(1)Short title & commencement. - This scheme may be called "the Scheme for Appointment of Arbitrators by the Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court, 2002. This scheme shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
