Present petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.10.2006 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hoshiarpur, as well as judgment / order dated 10.12.2009 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Hoshirpur, whereby the application of the plaintiff - petitioner moved under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 C.P.C. has been rejected. C.R.5971 of 2010 2
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the learned Trial Court be directed to decide the main suit itself within such time as fixed by this Court.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the suit and to decide the main suit preferably within one year from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
