Section 14(1) in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
(1)The system to be established by the State Government for preparation, certification and monitoring of the mining plan pursuant to the proviso to clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 5, shall be submitted to the Central Government for seeking its previous approval.
