8. Monthly Accounts.
- At the close of each month, a statement in form [shall be prepared showing the progressive income and expenditure of the Board] [Substituted by Notification dated 10-1-1964.] and after detailed scrutiny by the Finance Commit tee, if any, such accounts shall be laid before the Board at the end of each quarter commencing from the first of April.
