Section 7(6) in U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Heads of Institution, Teachers and other employees of the Institutions Rules, 2009
(6)On receipt of the resolution referred to sub-regulation (5), District Inspector of Schools shall send the same with his recommendation to Regional Joint Director of Education within one week. The Regional Joint Director of Education shall communicate his decision within one week to District Inspector of Schools who shall approve the promotion within the period of one week.
