Section 34 in The Maharashtra Khar Lands Development Act, 1979
34. Repeal of Mah. Ord. II of 1979 and saving.
(1)The Maharashtra Khar Lands Development Ordinance, 1979, is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any appointment made or any rule, order or notification issued) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken, made or issued, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
