Section 62(1) in The M.P. Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)The Chief Executive Officer shall cause to be prepared not later than the 10th March every year a statement of annual income and expenditure, giving the estimates and actuals of the past year and the estimates of the next financial year.
