It appears that Shri Ram Pratap Saini, learned counsel appeared in one of the appeals for respondents, but the other appeals were dismissed in limine.
The appeals are revived to be listed for admission. Let notice be issued to respondents, returnable by four weeks. It addition to ordinary mode of service, it would be open to the learned AAG for the appellants to serve copy of memo of appeals on counsel, who appeared for the respondent before the Single Judge and file receipt thereof in the registry.
