As stated by both sides that revenue involved is less 2 Appeal No.: E/77478, 75048/2019, 2020-DB than 60 lakhs therefore, both the appeals are disposed of under litigation policy, vide Board's instruction being F.No. 390/Misc./116/2017-JC dated 22.08.2019 as amended vide latest instruction dated 06.08.2024.
