Section 59(1) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
(1)An appeal to the Tribunal or the Registrar and revision or review to the Tribunal shall be presented by the appellant or the applicant, as the case may be, or by their duly appointed agent in the office of the appellate, revision or review authority either in person during office hours or sent to it by registered post.
