UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R

Shri Sidharth Luthra, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the 2 petitioners have appeared before the Court of concerned Metropolitan Magistrate. Hence, non- bailable warrants issued by the CMM, Kanpur Nagar, are, hereby, cancelled.
Shri Luthra, further states that the petitioners will appear before the Investigating Officer as and when summoned. Accordingly, there shall be stay of arrest of the petitioners for four weeks.
Issue fresh notice to respondent-State returnable in four weeks.
Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
Liberty is granted to serve notice through Standing counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh.
