Section 11 in The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (General Provident Fund) Rules, 1995
11. Transfer on deputation to a post under the Government or any other organisation or deputation out of India.-
When subscriber is transferred or sent on deputation out of India, he shall remain subject to these rules in the same manner as if he were not so transferred or sent on deputation.
