JUDGMENT:
1. Heard.
2. Perused the record.
3. This matter has already been settled before the Lok Adalat on 13.08.2022 and therefore, this appeal is disposed of in view of the directions of the Lok Adalat, which are as follows :
"(i) This is an appeal filed by the appellant/Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation.
(ii) The Learned Counsel for the Appellant/State Road Transport Corporation represented that they are withdrawing the appeal filed by them.
(iii) The said representation is recorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, confirming the judgment and decree of the Lower Court/Tribunal below. The amount if any remaining unpaid to the claimant(s) shall be paid by the Appellant/State Road Transport Corporation within two months from the date of receipt of the award, along with interest.
(iv) On such deposit, the Respondents/Petitioners No.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw their respective shares as per the apportionment and orders shall be made by the Court/Tribunal below.

(v) This Award shall be subject to verification of cross appeal/cross objection, if any, filed by the Respondents, otherwise the parties are at liberty to apply for recall of this Order/Award.
(vi) Court fee paid on this appeal shall be refunded.
(vii) No Costs."
4. Appeal is accordingly disposed of. Copy of proceedings of the Lok Adalat is to be annexed to this judgment as part and parcel.
5. In the circumstances of the case, the parties shall bear their respective costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this M.A.C.M.A., shall stand closed.
