Section 14(1) in The West Bengal College Teachers (Security Of Service) Act, 1975
(1)The State Government shall, for the purposes of this Act, constitute an Appellate Tribunal consisting of the following members, namely:-(a)a Chairman who shall be a person who holds or has held the office of a Judge not below the rank of a District Judge, and(b)two other members, one of whom at least, shall be an educationist,to be nominated by the State Government.
