Section 61 in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transaction of Business) Regulations, 2005
61.
Any person shall be entitled to obtain certified copies of the orders, decisions, directions and reasons in support thereof given by the Commission as well as the pleadings, papers and other parts of the records of the Commission to which he is entitled to inspect, on payment of fee and complying with other terms which the Commission may direct.
