Section 34 in The Delhi Technological University Act, 2009
34. Annual Report.
(1)The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Board of Management which shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfillment of its objects.(2)The annual report so prepared shall be submitted to the Chancellor within six months from the date of completion of the academic year.(3)A copy of the annual report, as prepared under sub-section (1), shall also be submitted to the Government which shall, as soon as may be, cause the same to be laid before the Legislative Assembly of Delhi.
