Section 14 in Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982
14. Recovery of dues to the Board.
(1)On an application made by the Board for the recovery of arrears of any sum payable to it under this Act or any scheme and on its furnishing a statement of accounts in respect of such arrears, the Collector may, after making such inquiries as he deems fit, grant a certificate for the recovery of the amount stated therein to be due as arrears.(2)A certificate by the Collector shall be final and conclusive as to the arrears due. The arrears stated to be due therein shall then be recovered as arrears of land revenue by the Collector and remitted to the Board.
