Section 22G(2) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
(2)The Chairman shall, -(a)preside over the meetings of the Board and its committees and conduct the business at such meetings;(b)supervise the financial and executive matters of the Board;(c)exercise supervision and control over the officers and employees of the Board.
