Section 76(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)The eligibility of the candidate shall be verified with reference to the original certificate of election of the candidate as President of the Distributory Committee under the jurisdiction of the Project Committee.
