85D. [ Term and other conditions of service of Chairperson and Members. [Inserted by Act No. 6 of 2012, dated 20.4.2012.]
- The Chairperson and the members of the Board shall hold office for a period of three years and the terms and conditions of their service, including salaries and allowances, shall be such as may be prescribed by the State Government.]
